My greatest joy is working with people who have different goals, lifestyles and health conditions, getting healthier, stronger and happier being the common denominator.
I have a master in exercise sciences from the University of Leuven (Belgium). My skills are functional training, strength training, endurance training, balance, flexibility and weight loss. During my spare time I love to travel the world, practice yoga, fitness and run.

Every week we plan a consultation of 30 minutes, where we will discuss your progress. Because it's certainly not easy to change your daily habits, these conversations will help you to stay motivated and on track!
